Mo\u017eete koristiti i kupovni sok od jabuke ukoliko nemate sokovnik, ali je bitno da koristite organsko jabukovo sir\u0107e, bez konzervansa kako biste maksimalno iskoristili dobrobiti ovako pripremljenog eliksira.<\/p>\n<h3>Potrebni sastojci:<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"bull\">\n<li>1-2 ka\u0161i\u010dice organskog jabukovog sir\u0107eta<\/li>\n<li>1 jabuka ili 1\/4 \u0161olje soka od jabuke<\/li>\n<li>mali komad (\u010dvori\u0107) svje\u017eeg \u0111umbira (otprilike 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica)<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 ka\u0161i\u010dice cimeta<\/li>\n<li>1 ka\u0161i\u010dica meda<\/li>\n<li>240 ml vode<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Priprema:<\/h3>\n<p>Ako pravite svje\u017ee cije\u0111en sok od jabuke, u sokovnik zajedno ubacite 1 jabuku i komadi\u0107 \u0111umbira. U iscije\u0111eni sok dodajte jabukovo sir\u0107e, cimet, med i vodu i sve dobro promije\u0161ajte da se sjedini.
