Ova tema je bila i u Oprah \u0161ou, ljudima u eksperimentu se zdravlje popravilo nakon \u0161to su se po\u010deli hraniti kao i majmuni, tlak se normalizirao itd.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u0161to malo ljudi mo\u017ee da se hrani sirovom hranom, mo\u017ee se poku\u0161ati sa poluskuhanom hranom. Manje kuhana zadr\u017eava svoj izvorni okus, dok sa kuhanjem postaje sve bezukusnija i bljutavija, pa postaje jestiva jedino sa mnogo za\u010dina. Svako sam sebi mo\u017ee procijeniti \u0161ta mu najbolje odgovara, jer ako se poslije nekog obroka osje\u0107amo dobro, umjesto te\u0161ko i zamoreno, onda smo na dobrom putu.
